CraftCode's Payment Gateway supports a wide range of digital payment methods including credit and debit cards, mobile financial services (like bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and bank transfers. Recurring billing, saved payment methods, and split payments are fully supported. While QR and one-click payments are technically feasible, they require additional licensing. The system is built to scale for e-commerce, government, and enterprise-grade payment use cases.
Security, Compliance & Risk Management
CraftCode’s payment aggregator incorporates tokenization and 3D Secure authentication to ensure transaction security. The system features behavior-based fraud detection and supports both automated and manual chargeback handling. Upon acquiring the necessary licenses, the platform will comply with PCI DSS, ISO, and GDPR standards to ensure global security and privacy benchmarks.
Integration & Developer Tools
CraftCode offers fast and developer-friendly integration with APIs built on Laravel and JWT authentication. A sandbox environment is available for testing. While hosted checkout options like iframes are not currently supported, the gateway integrates easily with third-party platforms such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems. Full integration can be completed in as little as one hour.
User Experience & Interface
The customer checkout experience is branded and optimized for all device sizes. While WCAG compliance and multilingual options are not yet implemented, the platform supports local payment preferences to cater to diverse regional needs.
Merchant Dashboard & Reporting
The system includes a real-time dashboard for merchants to monitor transactions, refunds, declines, and chargebacks. Custom reporting and alert notifications for failed transactions or anomalies are supported. Reconciliation tools are partially available, with further enhancements planned in upcoming releases.
Merchant Support & Operations

Merchant onboarding includes full KYC and KYB verification. Settlements are processed twice weekly, and 24/7 technical support is available, including access to dedicated success managers for enterprise clients.
Pricing & Fees
CraftCode charges no integration fees. Transaction fees vary by payment method:

Bank Transfers: ~1% or fixed fee
Refunds, chargebacks, and currency conversions may incur additional charges. Customized pricing packages are available for enterprise clients.
